It’s Not Just About the Beer at Our Baldwinsville Brewery
At Anheuser-Busch breweries throughout the country, our Brewmasters take great pride in overseeing our brewing process and educating local business partners on the quality measures and brewing complexities involved in crafting high quality beer. Recently at our brewery in Baldwinsville, New York, Brewmasters Nick Offredi, Summer Anderson, Jeff Jenkins, Adon Allen, along with General Manager Nick Mills, and the sales team John Driscoll and Bill Feeley, invited local restaurant owners and wholesalers to tour the Brewery and learn about our locally brewed products.
The Timber Tavern, Pizza Man Pub, Pasta’s on the Green, Swift River Bar & Grill, Sportside Pub and the Creative Food Group joined Brewmaster Nick Offredi on the tour and learned about the Anheuser-Busch commitment to quality beers, our Brewery and perfecting the brewing process.
But no trip to the Brewery is complete without food and beer pairings. The group sat down for a four-course dinner beginning with a cold Budweiser to stimulate their palettes. Crab rolls were served as appetizers paired with a Shock Top Belgian White, followed by an apple salad with the recently released Johnny Appleseed cider. For a main course, the guests were served beef tenderloin with a Goose Island IPA to complement. Shock Top Lemon Shandy was paired with a favorite summer dessert, Lemon Blueberry Cake.
The day was a great way to connect with the Baldwinsville community, not only as business partners but also as beer enthusiasts, neighbors and friends.
